You've had some set backs the last few weeks. I've been brainstorming ways to help you get re-motivated.
I think it's time to put your wonderful art skills to work and create a power collage. Paste a photo of yourself on some poster paper and surround the image of yourself with images related to things you'll do when your healthy again. Include future images of family relationships and activities like running with "your" children or going to the beach. Include some meaningful inspiration quotes like, "Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me."
Hang your collage on the bathroom mirror or refrigerator where you'll see it every day. When you feel discouraged or tired of your get-healthy program, a glance at these empowering images will remind you of your goals and help you keep your resolve.
