It's been a while since I felt like trying to make changes in my life. This week, on Thursday, I'm beginning a new adventure!
I'm starting the Low Carb Ketogenic lifestyle. Basically it's switching your body from using glucose for energy to using fat as ketones for energy. The diet consists of 70% healthy fats, 25% protein, and 5% healthy carbs. I don't know enough to go in to more detail.
