Sorry for the delay in writing this, there have been some health issues causing some problems and so things didn't get done.
Shelby and I did walk on 7-2. We went to the grocery store and walked around for an hour. Per Doctor's orders I am not to go above 75% of my regular heartbeat and I am supposed to walk 60 minutes a day. I have been struggling with the walking because I had the flu 2 months in a row and I have not gained my energy levels back. I am hoping the walking and eating the correct diet is going to be able to help me.
Today 7-4, I made Salmon on the grill again, and paired it with a delicious red cabbage and apple salad. I'm really working on getting my protein in, I think that's where I've been lacking in the nutrition department. If I could eat anything it would probably be bread products all over the place. Which is why I am avoiding them right now. I seem to overdo it with bread.
So I plan to walk tonight. I'm not sure if anyone will be accompanying me. We'll see.
