I went walking at 6:50 am this morning. I went south down Fairway and walked around the elementary school and then up 2200 W. almost to 7800 S. and then came back. I saw a very pretty yellow, gold, and brown butterfly, an inquisitive robin, and 3 mother ducks being protective of their babies.
Had some lovely fresh raspberries at lunch yesterday, so delicious!
Got a new 5 gallon water bottle and a dispenser cap with stand so I can cart Kangen water to my house from my friend DiVeena's house. I think the water tastes funny so I do add a bit of lemon juice when I drink it.
Having issues with my left shoulder, I think my back needs adjusting, I know my left hip does. Guess it's time to find a new chiropractor, since my favorite one has moved his offices too far away.
