Hey, I'm glad you like your new firefly-a-cycle-ciser. Do about 30 minutes of it today... break it up into a few different sessions okay (IE. 10 min in the morning, 10 minutes at lunch, 10 minutes at bedtime). Stop doing it if your hip is hurting you.
So, pretty easy day for the walking... just walk the border of La Vista Drive. Up one side and back down the other. Take a few pictures along your trip and post them.
