Soup?

Hey, get a soup can. The smaller one, not the family size.

Sit Down with your feet flat on the floor, evenish with your shoulders. Sit up straight with your arms to your side. With the can do curls. You know... lift the can from your knee to your shoulder by bending your elbow. Slow ones, not fast. Do each arm for 15 seconds then switch back and do them again for another 15 seconds. A total of 1 minute of curl ups(30sec on each arm).

Put the can down.

While still sitting, with good posture, lift your right leg slowly, put it back down to the ground slowly... repeat for 15 sec then switch legs for 15 sec and the switch back. Do this for 1 minute of leg lifts (30 sec for each leg).
