Really?! Only String Cheese?!

I don't know if all you eat is 2 or 3 pieces of string cheese each day or if you aren't keeping a good journal. But, I have a good feeling that it's probably the latter. Don't Skip Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal because you will be needing energy for the days work and activity. Skipping breakfast will slow your metabolism and the tendency when you hunger you tend to overeat later on the day. If you're going to walk everyday, you'll need the fuel for your body :) There are numerous studies saying that breakfast skippers are heavier than breakfast eaters.
