My friend and I walked 3.2 miles tonight. It was up a big hill too. I was so happy to be able to go with her. Unfortunately she isn't in as great of shape as she used to be and she had trouble keeping up with me. I felt bad, cuz she wore the wrong shoes and by the end she was going really slow and in a lot of pain. I hope she doesn't hurt too bad.
