8-7-10

I'm posting my mileage on here now. I was posting it on Facebook for a while but I want to do other, funner posts on there so I am going to start posting here again. Tonight I did 3.1 miles. It seemed like much longer and I hurt now. My back and left hip are still bugging me and I probably need to go see the chiropractor but can't afford it. Hopefully everything will straighten itself out in a little while.

I am trying to do walking or biking every other day, (Tuesday Thursday, Saturday,) and upper body stuff on the other days. I haven't really defined what the upper body is, so I need to do that in order to get it done! Any suggestions are welcome. I got an Iron Man gym and if I would put it together maybe I could use that in my efforts. Moving boxes is also good for upper body. Hmmmm...

I also think strengthening my Transverse Abdominus will be very helpful. I need one of those balls to do the exercises I found to help with that. It's on my shopping list. So now all I need to do is JUST DO IT! Wish me luck.
