Until March-ish... whenever Ken started biking to work, I was definitely a late riser. I dreaded the thought of getting up before 11 and cherished the late mornings that my independent children allowed me to have. Well, this Fall, Ken started to bike to work and to do this he had to wake up earlier and prepare a bit before his trek. Alone, just waking up by 8:00 was challenging for him. Earlier than that seemed impossible. So, being a supportive wife, I started to rise with him at 7 (or earlier) and making breakfast for him. I read this article
