Pre-buffer the video below...
Sit up straight in you comfy computer chair, really work on good posture. With both feet on the floor together gently raise your heel so that only your toes are supporting your legs. And while watching the video below twist your knees from right to the left while keeping your torso straight. Focus on keeping your shoulders inline with your monitor and twist only your waist and knees. Do this for the length of the video. It's easier to do with your elbows bent and your arms up around your chest. Think Chubby Checkers hand motions!

I did the twister thing. I was wondering if laying on the bed and peddling while reading was, in your opinion, as good as walking, cuz my back is hurting dreadfully today. And it has been raining off and on all day.
