Never skip Monday's walk. It's always easier to start off the week right than to play catch up.
Turn the metronome on a low rhythm and step on and off of your bottom step (only the bottom step) of the stairs. Forward, backward, forward, backward... up, down, up, down, etc. Do this for 3 minutes. You can do this... piece of cake.
I'm supposed to remind you to stretch before you walk.

I've been using google maps this whole time, but Evan showed me a site called Map My Walk that is pretty cool. It shows distance and calories burned. I used it this time to plot your trip.
