I know it's tough to see, but the increase in walking and wanting to make even the smallest changes in habits is awesome. Don't get frustrated, take baby steps. Know that project transformation won't happen overnight and all you can do is to keep it going in the right direction. I'm so glad to hear you are still using the cycle thing, it will help burn all those unwanted calories!
