So, no matter how silly you feel I want you to find something positive to say about yourself everyday. Say it out loud, write it down 10 times. You may feel crazy doing so, but, we've already established that we are crazy! Besides that, silly is a way better feeling than depressed!
I found some great ones today. Say them loud, let them echo in your room!
“I release all energy that I am carrying for others.”“I release my need to carry stress for other people.”
“I release all gravity that belongs to others.”“I am a creature of lightness and peace.”
Moving through these kind of thoughts will feel awkward at first, but you will get the hang of them after awhile.
