Stair Master

I would like to hear that you did 3 reps (up and down) the stairs in a row. If it helps turn on that metronome and set it at a very slow tempo, somewhere in the 40's and step to the beat.

Don't be afraid of heavy breathing or pushing yourself that extra little bit, it won't be long before this is too easy.

It's awesome that you're doing so well! I hope the walk in the park was nice. I can't wait to see pictures of it.
